Instead, they kept increasing their insulting refund offers from 10% to 20% to 30%, rather than taking back their defective product. To make matters worse, the only way to get a full refund was to pay for international shipping to China which, given the cost, makes returning the item completely unfeasible.This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and it’s clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. A reputable company would stand by their products and allow returns for items that do not meet basic quality standards. Instead, they stall, offer minimal refunds, and refuse accountability.I strongly advise against ordering from this company. If you do, be prepared to be stuck with cheap, unwearable clothing and no way to get your money back.
