This site blatantly took money from my account, claiming I was part of a bonus I never signed up for. After 21 hours of emails proving their illegal actions, I finally received an apology acknowledging my claim, but they still refuse to refund the money they took. Instead, they offered me 50 free spins and wished me a nice day. I've spent tens of thousands here and have screenshots of all communications, including their apology for the illegal activity, yet they still won't return my funds.
