This unexpected charge was applied even after the initial payment was processed. Furthermore, despite exporting the vehicle to Ireland, my request for a VAT refund was denied. So bad to deal with. To compound these issues, the Nissan pickup I purchased had a major engine fault, requiring a new head gasket, after arriving. This repair is estimated to cost between £4,000 and £5,000.I believe this experience warrants a strong warning to other potential buyers.This company is SCAM. I have reported them to HMRC and tow other bodies. They are part of another dogey auction group
