I purchased the Meze Alba's from Amazon though this seller just before new years and enjoyed them, however the right monitor developed a fault that rendered them unusable.
After contacting their customer support through Amazon, I received what can only be described as perfection, they understood the problem and were happy to exchange my unit for a replacement, all done within a week.
