It's Richer Sounds. Been buying gear from them since the early 90s. The most consistently great hifi shop to ever have existed. Always qualityz friendly customer service, knowledgeable advice and solid prices. Recent purchase was an open box soundbar that arrived damaged, it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Cheers to Jim, Fred and Tim in the Chiswick store!
Both the staff were helpful and sorted out my Leads for the speakers very friendly too any question i ask regarding Dvd players or cd players they answered my questions. I will be going back to same store again. Great Retail experience. I thank both the staff. O
We knew we wanted expert advice, and we found it at Richer-Sounds(RS). Also lots of choice in the stock.
Mostly, our sales guy showed great patience with us. We are OAP's and know little about today's tech.
My only one complaint is that I still can't get my new DAB+ Radio to play in stereo, even after all the money we spent. But I would not hesitate to recommend RS to anyone for choice of stock, depth of knowledge and speedy next day delivery. We travelled from Brecon to visit them and it was very worthwhile.

There's so much to like about Richer Sounds, I've been a long time customer at the Milton Keynes branch, and the staff are always so helpful. I decided to buy a new CD player after mine finally bit the bullet after 30+ years of good service. This time around I did some research and opted for the Which? Magazine's best seller, a Marantz CD6007. I could have placed my order online, but I like visiting the shop, so after phoning them to reserve my new player I waited for my call to say it was in stock. I spoke to Gilbert originally, he's such a laugh, and I've struck quite a good rapport with him, something very few shop staff do these days, hence why I like RS so much. Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys, and they will even pay for your parking when you visit the shop, now that's what I call a First Class Service! Thanks guys ;)
Brilliant experience start to finish. Kale was so helpful and answered all my husbands questions.
The TV we bought on turned out to be too big for our space but there was no problem swapping it to a smaller one.
The staff were excellent and so helpful. They made the whole experience seamless.
Poor customer support after delivery. I bought a 77-inch Philips OLED TV for almost £2,000, delivered on Monday. That same day I noticed lines in both corners of the TV and reported it to the company. Also, a part of the remote control was missing paint.i did a clear residual image and now it seems now doesnt show. I still haven't received a response regarding whether it's normal to have lines on the screen on the first day, or if they should give me a new TV or refund me. I also asked for help putting the TV back in the box and for help removing and placing the new one on the furniture, if necessary, because I have back problems. Nothing has been answered. This is my first purchase from this store and this is the service, almost a week later.
You did an excellent service, unfortunately the product I purchased is very poor and I am considering sending it back as it's failed several times but no reflection on your staff.
I penned an earlier review for a damaged TV delivery and my concern regarding the apparent drop in standards of this usually excellent company.
The phone call I had from them recently was a masterclass in brand recovery. Easy conversation, apologies and concern for my position. I wasn't looking for compensation as the TV was a refurb and very well priced for the possible risk of imperfection but it was offered and accepted.
Richer Sounds really are the real deal. Brand confidence and strong customer centric performance. Bravo! The sort of brand I would consider paying extra for if they weren't so competitive on prices as well.
I will leave up the earlier review as it serves as a warning how couriers can end being the brand ambassadors for otherwise excellent companies. DPD really do need to improve dramatically to deserve working with excellent companies like Richer Sounds.
