Poor customer support after delivery. I bought a 77-inch Philips OLED TV for almost £2,000, delivered on Monday. That same day I noticed lines in both corners of the TV and reported it to the company. Also, a part of the remote control was missing paint.i did a clear residual image and now it seems now doesnt show. I still haven't received a response regarding whether it's normal to have lines on the screen on the first day, or if they should give me a new TV or refund me. I also asked for help putting the TV back in the box and for help removing and placing the new one on the furniture, if necessary, because I have back problems. Nothing has been answered. This is my first purchase from this store and this is the service, almost a week later.
