Last Friday the RAC let us down badly. After waiting 8 hours for the RAC arrive I received a message that they were calling in a contractor to attend to our breakdown, they sent out Richford Motor Services, they arrived the young man Alex was the attendee. Being nearly midnight Alex was very professional and caring, he carried out the recovery with great efficiency and friendliness. Thank you.
