What can I say apart from amazing 🤩
RAC took 6hrs to decide they couldn't get to me by this ime in was 11pm.
They passed the job over to Richford Motor Services and within 30 mins they were with me.
Super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for all your help ☺️

I was passed to this company through green flag, following a breakdown. They didn't arrive when they said, and when I contacted them they said they might not even be able to pick me up. Clearly they take bookings from green flag they can't fulfil. I went back through green flag who sent Roy's autos, who were there in an hour. I could have been home 4 hours earlier if this company hadn't high jacked my breakdown

6 hour wait - poor communication

Called at 6pm as hire car broke down, everyone we called to ask where they were they were “delayed” this went on for over 6 hours.politeness of staff varies depending on who you get, would not recommend this company at all - poor communication and service 6 hour wait is ridiculous.

Absolutely a lying company they are…

Absolutely a lying company they are contractors to nova breakdown services and I am unwell individual with a tumour in my head they have given false promises for a recovery since 6.30pm it is now 11pm I am running out of my medications and missed by injections it is freezing my levels are dropping there adviser started to raise his voice at me lying to me that the driver has been stuck in Sheffield then in Darfield to get to me in Westgate Barnsley. Then at 10.30pm he said the driver is putting his boots on and coming out from Darfield what a load of crap lying to someone vulnerable unwell

Brilliant service from start to finish

Brilliant service from start to finish. This was offered to us through Green Flag, Richford Motor Services arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge relief, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who dealt with us but his customer service was excellent. He was efficient, professional, and friendly throughout. The tyre itself had been replaced by a garage the day before, and when it needed to be refixed the following day, everything was handled quickly and smoothly to get us safely to the garage. Overall, a very positive experience — reliable service when you really need it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service

I had to call green flag out as I hit and curb and my tyre blew. This was passed onto Richford motor services to come and collect me. I put a call in at 9am on a Tuesday morning….thinking I would be there all day as a blown tyre wasn’t important and I needed a loader to move my car. I was kept up to do date with the progress of the person coming out by text which was brilliant and then I got a call from Jamie T to say he was almost with me….under 2 hours! Really quickly Jamie put my car on the loader and drove me to my chosen garage. I was thinking I was a complete idiot, wasting his time for a blown tyre but Jamie was brilliant. Saying it was only a small thing and happened all the time. He chatted to me the whole time and just lovely, not once did I feel uncomfortable or patronised for what I had done/being female. I would highly recommend this company and especially Jamie T

Green flag, has again been a god send Richford motors a second,on arrival, which wasin the prescribed time, Kile from Leicester asked what the problem was got in the cab of my motor home turned the ignition diagnosed the problem, what a performer, shall never forget him, up opn the low loader and away to garage half an hour, this is service and with such a great bloke thanks mate for your help on the day ken field

Was waiting for 8 hours missed work due to them. Got given 6 different times and still haven’t arrived at 2:38am but booked recovery 18:52
