Jason from Stoke (Stafford) branch was the friendliest guy. We really appreciated his advice and conversation. We were tired and had a long day and an awful experience of breaking down at a busy junction. But after being in the back of his warm cab on the hours or so journey to Derby Depot, we felt relaxed and able to carry on to our home using the car which was provided by them. We were on a bit of a time schedule, but Jason got there before the office closed, so we were very grateful for his effort.We also would like to thank Jason from the Derby branch as he was such a relaxed and friendly driver, really knowledgeable and didn’t rush me at all.
