A Disheartening Experience

Initially, I was pleased with the warm reception and detailed explanation of the process and figures involved. The representative demonstrated a solid understanding and made the situation feel relaxed, leading me to seriously consider the deal. Unfortunately, the experience shifted when a senior advisor unexpectedly intervened, which was disheartening. Her aggressive sales approach pressured me to make a quick decision. I attempted to discuss additional color options, but she was unresponsive and dismissive, overlooking my interest in the pre-owned cars I had come to explore. I felt ignored and walked out in just a few minutes. Given my prior positive experience, my expectations were high, but I felt disappointed this time. A competent salesperson should focus on understanding customer needs before attempting to close a sale. Overall, this was a mixed experience. I appreciate the initial efforts and wish the representative well in trusting their own abilities. Thank you for the time this morning, but I ultimately felt my time was squandered.
