Richmond Hyundai Lymington provided a first class service. We are based in Birmingham but found a car with them we liked the look of. They were very helpful over the phone with answering questions, they provided videos of the car and they sent the battery health check.

When I travelled down they even picked me up from the station. Aman, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure all my queries were addressed. They were a nice team and we felt well looked after.

Her pushy sales tactics created pressure, insisting I confirm my decision within a limited time frame. I tried to express my interest in exploring more color options, but she was vague and unhelpful, neglecting my inquiries about pre-owned options I had come to see. I left feeling frustrated after just a few minutes. Having previously had a positive experience, I had high expectations but felt let down this time. A good salesperson should prioritize understanding the customer's needs before pushing for a sale. Overall, this was a mixed experience. I appreciate the initial effort and wish the representative the best in trusting their instincts. Thank you for the time spent this morning, but I left feeling my time was wasted.

I felt ignored and walked out in just a few minutes. Given my prior positive experience, my expectations were high, but I felt disappointed this time. A competent salesperson should focus on understanding customer needs before attempting to close a sale. Overall, this was a mixed experience. I appreciate the initial efforts and wish the representative well in trusting their own abilities. Thank you for the time this morning, but I ultimately felt my time was squandered.
