We recently hired this service for work in our home, despite their high prices. We had a great experience with them years ago, but things have clearly changed. They requested a 50% deposit, which we paid, and promised to complete the job the following week. After numerous cancellations and delays, we decided to cancel the job and hire another company. To our surprise, we can't get our deposit back. I've reported this to fair trading. This is not the same company we once trusted, and I would advise avoiding them unless you want to deal with significant delays.
