Finally, a competent tradesperson arrived, but only once, despite written confirmation from management that he would complete the job. The internal processes seem dysfunctional. The customer service manager even threatened to withhold service when I pointed out his condescending attitude. Even with management's involvement, the company failed to meet commitments. Only part of the job was finished, and I canceled the rest in frustration. There are plenty of other companies that offer this service—look elsewhere.
