After waiting for a quote on my guitar for part exchange, I accepted a low offer and began browsing. After an hour of trying guitars, I selected one and provided my details. Just before payment, I was informed that they wouldn't accept my part exchange. While I understand they can refuse, the way it was handled was frustrating. I felt my time was wasted, and the staff member's response showed a lack of understanding. I left without an apology.
