I will not return to this place. I had a guitar ready to purchase, but the staff member behind the counter took it from me, claiming it had already been sold to someone else while I was heading to pay. Very unprofessional! It felt like he knew the other customer.
I traveled 80 miles to trade in an SG for a nice Strat, and they had several options within my budget, including one I had my eye on online. I spent an hour trying different guitars without any pressure from the staff. I received a fair trade-in value and a great deal on the Strat. The customer service was excellent, and I had a lovely conversation with a staff member. I've purchased from them before and have always been satisfied; I just wish it was closer.
You won't find better assistance and knowledgeable staff. They helped me select my first instrument at a price that was unbeatable. They directed me towards a secondhand option that met my needs instead of pushing for a more expensive sale. Thanks to the team!

After waiting for a quote on my guitar for part exchange, I accepted a low offer and began browsing. After an hour of trying guitars, I selected one and provided my details. Just before payment, I was informed that they wouldn't accept my part exchange. While I understand they can refuse, the way it was handled was frustrating. I felt my time was wasted, and the staff member's response showed a lack of understanding. I left without an apology.
