The website fails to accept my credit card, showing a "something went wrong..." error. I’ve used my card on other platforms without issues and had previously used it on this site just a few weeks ago. I reached out to their customer service three times but received no response. It used to be a pleasure to deal with them, but now it's completely the opposite.
