I share the same frustration as many recent reviewers. Orders I placed remain unfulfilled, customer service emails are ignored, and after a month of waiting with no updates, my order was ultimately canceled despite assurances from the store staff that it was still being processed. I recommend taking your business elsewhere, as this service fails to meet even the basic expectations.
I am unable to process my credit card on the website due to a "something went wrong..." error. My card works fine on other platforms, and I had no issues using it on this site just a few weeks ago. I reached out to the customer support team three times but received no reply. The service was once excellent, but now it's completely disappointing.
I am very disappointed with their customer service. I placed an order for two items, but only one arrived. The packing slip indicated both items were supposed to ship. I contacted customer service immediately because I needed the missing item for a holiday photoshoot the next day. Despite explaining the urgency and requesting same-day delivery, I received no response. Being ignored in such a time-sensitive situation is unacceptable. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, causing unnecessary stress. I expected much better service and accountability, and I'm reconsidering shopping here again.
The website fails to accept my credit card, showing a "something went wrong..." error. I placed an order on October 1st to ship to store and payment was taken that day. However, there has been no shipping, and after sending three emails, I still haven't received a reply. Instead, they attempted to charge my card again for the payment made on October 1st. It's disappointing, as I've been a customer for years. This is no longer the same store—customers should be cautious, as they don't even provide a phone number for direct contact and have not responded to my emails in over a week.
I used to be a loyal customer for years, but I won't be shopping here anymore. Since new ownership, the quality has declined. I placed an online order and my credit card was charged, but after three weeks, I still haven't received my items. I've sent multiple emails with no response and have had to involve my credit card company. My trust in this brand has diminished significantly.
One of the items I ordered (and paid for) was not shipped, and getting help from customer service to resolve the issue has been extremely challenging. Weeks have passed, and it's hard to get them to respond to my emails, not to mention the lack of phone support. I will not be shopping here again.
I had a gift card that they refused to honor! I was informed that the store is under new ownership and they are not accepting gift cards. The store name and bill are from the same brand, yet they won't honor the gift cards. This is unacceptable!
I do not recommend ordering online. It took almost a month for my items to be delivered, and I never received them. Customer service suggested I ask my family and friends for help and visit my local post office. They refused to issue a refund, claiming it was delivered. If you want to shop here, go to the store instead. I will not shop online here again.
