I placed an order on October 1st to ship to store and payment was taken that day. However, there has been no shipping, and after sending three emails, I still haven't received a reply. Instead, they attempted to charge my card again for the payment made on October 1st. It's disappointing, as I've been a customer for years. This is no longer the same store—customers should be cautious, as they don't even provide a phone number for direct contact and have not responded to my emails in over a week.
