Our 13 year old has been riding his DRT since last July. It's amazing. So fun. One of his brake levers broke as a result of a kickstand mis-application (he didn't put it down fully). We live in an area where shipping is challenging, so a quick email communication with support and they were able to ship UPS no problem! This crew is super helpful, and have been incredible every step of the way.
