1 star because i cannot put less.. We are from The Blackpine Hotel in Andorra. We had some customers arranging a trip with them, they waited in the lobby for haf an hour. Later on, they contacted their customer service: Only available via whatsapp... and they said that it seems that the taxi drived didn't notice the drive. They have already paid for. We arranged another transfer for them. An hour later, they called them in order to pick them up, they told it was a missconfusion and to cancel our transfer service.. Unacceptable.
