My beloved Jetson Arro stopped turning on for some mysterious reason and that was very distressing because I love it AND depend on it for work and life in general. I was worried that I'd have to live without it while saving to buy a new one BUT Jetson honored the warranty and Christine Marie Reamillo was super helpful and efficient in authorizing a replacement to be sent to my house.I am joyous and relieved because I really do feel like an ambassador for the brand—people are always asking me about my bike and I give them honest reviews, which = mostly ++ enthusiasm (so handy, especially for short urban commutes and train travel!) and the caveats (the newer versions are better than the early ones, replacing flats is a hassle).
