Zoomo customer service is absolutely pathetic. I was told on the chat that someone would connect with me within 2 hours, but it has now been over 24 hours and nothing has been done.My moped broke down in the middle of the road, and despite this being a serious safety issue, support has not contacted me at all. No follow-up, no solution, no accountability.This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It is extremely unprofessional and frustrating to be left stranded with no support.I am only waiting for my 8-week contract to expire so I can return the moped and be done with this company. I strongly recommend being very careful before renting from Zoomo.
