I am an old clie with Zoomo, So, The Zoomo team, especially “Hugo”, have never let me down. They are so kind, helpful, and go the extra mile to provide the best customer service. On the other hand, regarding Zoomo itself and its bikes, their bikes are durable, practical and have few faults, in my opinion the negatives are two:- The rental prices are so high that you pay for a new bike every few months!!- Maintenance centres are very far away and few, especially after the closure of the Fulham centre.Conclusion: It is a company that you can depend on for a short period only, and you should prepare yourself to buy your own bike or motorcycle.The price policy and the few service centers, it is a wrong business policy and if they want to continue in the market, it must be changed!Regards
