I found Zoomo to be much cheaper compared to other ebike shops. Every ebike shop has its pros and cons, but I chose Zoomo cycle because their bikes are safe and meet Australian regulations. I tested ebike with a throttle, and it made me feel uneasy and jumpy. While I appreciate not having to pedal anymore, it's a bit scary riding a bike that can go over 30 kph.The team at Zoomo is fantastic. Even though they're always busy, they been really great with customer service and support. They been taking care of me throughout my 3 week rental, always emphasizing battery safety and the importance of regular maintenance. I always see them happily helping customers, even with my limited English.I highly recommend Zoomo ebikes. They professional, easy to deal with, and provide quick-solutions.
