I bought a Ridge Wallet just under a year ago and the wallet is now falling apart with 5 of the 6 screws falling out. I submitted a warranty claim to Ridge over 10 business days ago and there was no response from them on this or a follow up email.
Run from this Company. They sell substandard product and their warranty is worthless.
