I havent received my order and i was told my package was damaged. Ive been trying to reach out for replacement to be sent since they keep taking my money put of account and all i get is the run around!
I love the rings I got for my fiancé! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and was so upset i did! I reached out to ridge and they were able to send me a new one which wasn’t that easy because mine was also engraved. The customer service was 10/10 and they got back to me super quickly. Also the quality of these rings are amazing and I can’t wait to get my replacement! Absolutely love this company and the rings.
The rings I ordered were such nice quality and beautiful! The originals were too big so we did an exchange that was very quick and easy. When I got the second set, one of the rings still didn’t fit so I talked to Jayzel and she was amazing and got it squared away for me.
Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had! I accidentally made big a mistake on my order and their customer service was very helpful and compassionate! I would 100% recommend this company for Rings! I will never shop anywhere else aka Helzberg, Zales, or any other jeweler!

We purchased a ring set about a year ago, and it's an excellent product. Recently, we requested a replacement and I was initially doubtful about the authenticity of the guarantee and the ease of the process, but it turned out to be incredibly straightforward. The representative was very pleasant while addressing my inquiry about the Ridge 2.0 wallets and the timeline for updating the MagSafe wallet in Gunmetal color. Although she couldn't provide a specific date, she confirmed that my understanding was accurate and that they are working on upgrading their entire collection to Ridge 2.0 wallets. I will patiently await the update for the MagSafe Gunmetal wallet. I appreciated her taking the extra time to clarify my understanding instead of simply saying "no" regarding the date.
Completely disappointing and not worth the price. The return process is frustrating, and the product doesn't match the description, particularly the card trigger mechanism. I will continue using my current option, which has performed flawlessly for over a decade. Avoid being misled by the company and its misleading advertisements.
I ordered a combination of a wallet, key holder, and a pen. It was shipped to my address, but the postal service failed to deliver it properly, resulting in it being sent back. I reached out to the company, and they assured me they would resend the items after I confirmed my address. This seemed odd to me. A couple of days later, I received an email stating that the items I ordered were no longer in stock and asking if I wanted to choose something else. I was shocked since they had already shipped my order, which was simply on its way back due to the postal error. I requested that they resend the package as previously agreed, but they claimed it was too time-consuming. I was offered to order something different or cancel my order. I insisted on receiving what I had originally ordered and paid for. Eventually, I received a message saying my money was refunded because they couldn't assist me. This situation is utterly absurd! I placed an order, paid upfront, and due to a postal error, the company just decided it was my problem when they ran out of stock. I believe they should have made an effort to fulfill my order. Instead, they chose not to resend the package they knew was returning to them. I will not order from this company again and would advise others against it, as they seem indifferent to consumer rights and their customer service is severely lacking.
