I submitted a claim for battery replacement on October 22, 2025, and was informed that they were awaiting shipments. Despite multiple emails to the service team, I received no responses. I've been told by various representatives that I would be updated when the battery ships, yet my follow-ups go unanswered. This experience has led me to believe that purchasing from this company again is not worth it.
