As a loyal customer with multiple tools, I find it frustrating that the warranty cards must be registered within this time frame. Unfortunately, the battery isn't registered, despite being a legitimate product. Their warranty feels misleading—without registration, there's no coverage. Additionally, there's no customer support available in Canada; my conversation with a support 'manager' was unhelpful and scripted. If you require a replacement for a different brand, it's hassle-free at their service location. In summary, they won't replace my battery despite my loyalty, and their policy is disappointing.

Gift Battery Packs Issue

I received two battery packs as Christmas gifts. The company insists I should have the receipts, which I no longer have, and they refuse to honor the warranty. Over the years, I've purchased and registered many tools from them. It's common for gift-givers to want to keep spending private. The company could easily verify the serial numbers to confirm the purchase from authorized retailers.
