The tools are excellent, but the warranty in Canada is disappointing. My brushless grinder failed during light use, and despite following their warranty instructions, it has been at the repair shop for over two months. I've been told that parts and batteries are backordered. I rely on that battery for other tools I own, and this experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
