I Bought drill and sought service from LSA. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Customer service per Kinsley Willis asked for make model serial which was all sent on May 6 2024 with photos of bill sale, tool, original box. No reply or confirmation of receipt or time line for resolution was ever received other than they were backlogged. (Side note: My son waited 5 months for a resolution. Side note: Home Depot has reduced their display of Ridgid. Maybe their partnership will end soon.) I will reconsider buying Ridgid now. I will not send a photo to trustpilot but I am a real consumer.
