Customer service has been useless since the end of December 2023 with respect to shipping of the missing part for a shop vac that I had purchased at Home Depot. First, they told me it would be up to 8 days, after that it was 4 weeks. It's been 2,5 months now and still nothing. In the beginning it was a person named Jay, who was answering. Then they switched to a general "Customer Support". The best part is they collected all the info they needed, including the shipping address and asked a bunch of questions. What a waste of time.
