I have previously purchased from here without issue but today I mistakenly purchased the wrong box and a rude young lady called megan thought it was appropriate to name and shame me (full name btw) on live tiktok in front of over 300 people, why? She could have put it to the side and emailed me and I could have rectified the issue, I didnt do it on purpose I must have checked out with the wrong box easily done, it was embarrassing and I suggest some tact wouldn't go amiss with customers in future.
