The cakes/slices are average at best (and that’s being extremely generous!), 90% of the time their brownies and blondies are overcooked and the other 10% of the time they’re still raw, not gooey, literally raw! I’m a chef myself so I know.
Also on top of this be careful if you do order though because their customer services team are utterly useless… I sent them photo proof that they sent me 2 of the wrong slices and they still said there wasn’t enough evidence 😬 clearly 2 caramel egg blondies in the photo I sent them and they could see from my order that I hadn’t ordered them… still wasn’t enough proof for them though. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT ADVISE ORDERING FROM HERE, I won’t be ever again!

First time ordered

First time ordered. Very disappointed in the quality. Some items very dry and missing ingredients. Some partly squashed. I ordered 2 flapjack and one was a lot smaller. Not worth the price paid, look so different when Alana is reviewing them!

I absolutely love Ridic Rich

I absolutely love Ridic Rich, I've ordered from her over 20 times and rarely had an issue and if I didn't Demi on customer service dealt with it straight away! I absolutely love the cake bars they are my favourite! I love buying the mystery 15 slice and I like a surprise! Highly recommend the Dubai cake pot too!

Hard as Rock

Received these as a birthday gift from my sister. Very dry, some as hard as rock, would describe them as stale tasting even though had a good expiration date. After a few emails managed to get 50% refund only even though they were binned

Avoid

Avoid! Very dry brownies! Terribly dry and hard! So upset , because they are not very cheap and I ordered a lot. Such a disappointment. They are literally scamming people. And on top of that customer service is nightmare. Going back and forth with questions like I have time for that. Questioning me for couple days till I just give up. They should be more open at least send new ones out, but I guess that’s not the case. Probably would come extremely dry again. Because mine went straight in the bin.

Faultless delivery service (really fast.) my favourite bake at the moment has to be the cornflake tart, buttery, flavourful jam & moreish cornflake topping.Packaged to an exceptional standard, the design is fun & friendly. Only thing left for the customer to do is put the kettle on & try the bakes.
