I had a similar experience with this service, thinking I was purchasing physical books, only to receive a download instead. I checked my order and the website, but there was no indication that it was a digital product. It even stated "in stock". When I tried to view the return policy, the link was broken. I’ve emailed them, but based on other reviews, I don't have high hopes. I will also consider other ways to report them.
