This service is a TOTAL SCAM!! Don't waste your money! I've had the worst experience buying books online. I thought I purchased three physical books but discovered minutes later that I was sent ebook links at full book prices! I tried multiple times to get a refund, but it became clear I was being completely ripped off! They only responded with generic replies stating a no refund policy. Avoid this company unless you want to get burned.
This appears to be a scam. I ordered a book as a Christmas gift, only to receive a link for a download. I did not want an eBook, and there was no mention in the listing that it was digital only. When I requested a refund according to their stated policy, I was informed that returns on digital material are not offered. This was not clear in their policy, and I was unaware I was ordering a digital book. I suspect it might be a bootleg copy. I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card and report them to the authorities.

This site is exploitative. Nowhere does it clarify that they only sell digital copies of books. The checkout process even asks for a shipping address, making it seem like a physical item is being purchased. You only realize it’s digital after checking out. Their customer support is an automated response system that only mentions no refunds for digital copies. To resolve issues, you might need to dispute with the BBB or PayPal if you used their service. A complete waste of time and money. Their website should be shut down if they won’t clarify that they only sell digital products.
