I had a very frustrating experience with Right Cars in Antalya. After returning the car in good condition and on time, I’ve been waiting for weeks to receive my deposit refund (RC2089365IW). Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, I haven’t received a single response. The phone number provided either goes unanswered or is out of service.A company’s professionalism is reflected not only in the rental process but also in how they handle post-rental matters. Unfortunately, Right Cars has completely failed in this regard. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when renting from this company, especially if you’re relying on getting your deposit back promptly.
