DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY " Right Cars"
The price you paid online is just to get you there , to charge you more money.
Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle, took half hour to get to the building, the shuttle also does hotel drop off and pickup.
Once you get to the building, no representative is present, just screens and a virtual agent.
I was asked to scan my driver's license and then credit card for the security deposit .
Instantly $500 was charged to my card, when I questioned it, was told it was an error and it would be refunded in a few minutes.
Agent tried to be sell me a daily toll package which I declined. Then I produced my valid insurance policy and was informed because I am declining their insurance. I am required to pay $99.99 plus a $350 refundable deposit.
The initial $500 was eventually refunded later the night.
I ended up paying an extra $99.99 plus a $350 deposit on top of the rate advertised that was paid in full before on priceline.
This was not a good experience at all. And they know if you refuse to pay them the extra money they are requesting, you dont have a rental car and forced to try and get another rental, last minute
On return of the vehicle, waited over an hour for a shuttle back to the airport. Calling the customer service number several times they kept saying an eta of 3 minutes. Eventually a shuttle arrives an hour and 15 minutes later. With space for 1 passenger. Several persons were waiting at this point.
This company should be investigated by the authorities and priceline should look into this company as well .

I rented a vehicle for a single day, and it ended up costing me nearly $300 for a compact car, not including the $1000 deposit they required. The rental was booked through a travel platform for about $50, but I was informed that this fee was just for the reservation. I won't consider this service again. I've rented from other reputable companies, and their processes and vehicles were far better. The only positive aspect is that they offer a one-hour grace period for returning the car. As for the deposit refund, I haven't confirmed if it has been processed with my credit card provider yet. I strongly advise against renting from this service.

This rental car service is misleading! We were hit with extra fees at pick-up. The car was dirty and had numerous scratches. We didn’t receive the full-size vehicle we requested. On the second day, the car wouldn’t start, and the contact number on the key didn’t connect us to a real representative. They claimed we were responsible for roadside assistance. Avoid this rental service, especially when booking through third parties.
I booked a 5-day rental at the airport and paid in advance. Upon arrival, the process was automated with no staff present. Because I’m not a US citizen, they insisted on extra insurance. After several attempts, they couldn't charge my card. I offered a debit card, but it was refused. After an hour of confusion, no keys were given, and I never drove the car. I requested a full refund, which was initially denied, but they later realized it wasn’t my fault and issued a full refund. I’ll rent from them again, but I’ll be better prepared next time.

This place is a complete joke. I made reservations online and paid in advance, but when I got to the counter, there was no one there. Communication was via Skype. There were numerous hidden fees, and I canceled my rental before it was finalized. They planned to charge exorbitant toll fees despite me having my own pass. I quickly went back to the airport and rented from a reputable company.
This rental service is a scam! They pressure you into taking their insurance without disclosing it upfront. When you refuse, they charge you for damages upon return and keep your deposit. They don't provide any company details for claims. It's best to look for reputable companies.
