Their expertise and organisation were evident throughout the entire process. They were incredibly responsive, whenever we called they were always available to answer the phone and provide clear, confident responses to our questions. It was obvious they kept each other fully updated at all times, as no matter who we spoke to they could assist us without hesitation.
Whenever matters were sitting with our buyer’s solicitor, Kelly and Ellis chased consistently - often daily, and sometimes more than once a day - to keep everything moving forward and avoid unnecessary delays with our onward purchase. Despite repeated additional enquiries from the buyer’s side, every query was dealt with promptly and thoroughly.
On the very day we were due to exchange, the buyer’s solicitor raised a last-minute enquiry that supposedly required responses from both the council and the developer. Remarkably, Kelly’s team managed to secure answers from both on the same day, which was truly impressive.
