Their expertise and organisation were evident throughout the entire process. They were incredibly responsive, whenever we called they were always available to answer the phone and provide clear, confident responses to our questions. It was obvious they kept each other fully updated at all times, as no matter who we spoke to they could assist us without hesitation.
Whenever matters were sitting with our buyer’s solicitor, Kelly and Ellis chased consistently - often daily, and sometimes more than once a day - to keep everything moving forward and avoid unnecessary delays with our onward purchase.
