I had a leak from the stop tap in my kitchen and found this service through a misleading local magazine. I later learned they were located far away, despite calling a local number. The technician arrived days later, after promising same-day service, and within moments refused to do any work, claiming he couldn't access the area because "I don't do cupboards." It took him longer to park his van! I was charged over £160 for a diagnosis I had already made. As the leak worsened, I contacted another plumber who arrived promptly and fixed the issue efficiently. After requesting a refund, I waited over two weeks for responses to my emails and calls, only to be denied a refund. They mentioned they always contest any actions against them, which seems to be a common practice. PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE - if you read the reviews, you will see they are quite prevalent online, even highlighted on national TV!
