I would rate this service with no stars if possible. I am still facing the same issue, despite hiring a service that charges significantly more than others that could have resolved it. The technician arrived but only poured some unblocking fluid down the toilet, which I had already attempted. They never looked into the root cause, nor did they check the manhole; essentially, they did nothing. When I expressed my concerns, I was informed, "We will contact you once we receive the plumber's report." It's now been almost two weeks, and I have yet to receive any updates or phone calls. Additionally, the advertisement mentioned discounts for seniors, but my mother, who is 91, did not receive this discount. What is the age requirement to qualify? I am now hiring another service to complete the same work, and they have already identified the problem. My recommendation: choose a different, more affordable service.
Avoid this service at all costs... They took advantage of my elderly stepmother who lives alone. The toilet flush was continuously running. Concerned for her situation, she found a plumbing service in a local free paper, believing it was a community business. The initial charge was £150. The plumber claimed he needed to go to another town for parts, which turned out to be unnecessary. He mishandled the repair, resulting in a total bill of nearly £350! These individuals prey on the vulnerable. This incident occurred at the end of November, though she cannot recall the exact date. How can you justify your actions?
I called around 7pm regarding an issue and was told assistance was on the way. After waiting for 2 hours, I called back for an update only to discover the office was closed. The next day at 10:40 am, I received a text, but when I tried to respond, my message failed to deliver. The text stated, "Hello, unfortunately we have had to cancel your job. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused." Thankfully, I reached out to another service, and they arrived within 30 minutes. I am thoroughly appalled by the level of service provided.

However, I later discovered he was subcontracted and not from a local plumbing service. To my shock, I received a bill for £983, which included £676 for labor and £140 for parts. This included just one waste plug, one waste trap, four service valves, and sealant. I was appalled by the final cost, especially since I had declined the radiator valve. Be cautious; this company asks for card details when booking, charges immediately after the work is done, and then vanishes before sending the bill via email. I realize I’ve made a mistake with no way to rectify it, and I would strongly recommend avoiding their services. It's frustrating that I provided the fixtures and only called them to help due to my knee injury. In hindsight, I should have done the work myself or hired a reliable local plumber for much less. To emphasize, £169 was the quoted price, but the final bill was £983.

PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE - if you read the reviews, you will see they are quite prevalent online, even highlighted on national TV!
Extremely disappointing service. I waited two nights for an engineer who never showed up, with no phone call or message to explain their absence. On Friday night, they informed me they couldn't come until Monday, leaving us without hot water for four days! I canceled the job! Communication was terrible, unreliable, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this service.
