I called around 7pm regarding an issue and was told assistance was on the way. After waiting for 2 hours, I called back for an update only to discover the office was closed. The next day at 10:40 am, I received a text, but when I tried to respond, my message failed to deliver. The text stated, "Hello, unfortunately we have had to cancel your job. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused." Thankfully, I reached out to another service, and they arrived within 30 minutes. I am thoroughly appalled by the level of service provided.
