Rubbish customer service. I’ve been trying to return a flipping suitcase for over a month now and Ana is rubbish at providing clear instructions. Takes 3 days to reply. Unable to send punctual replies nor make a phone call. Invalid retarded excuses all over. Now DPD sends me emails saying they will collect the suitcase but no clear return instruction from the company such as packaging and return label etc. and when you have a question it takes minimum 3 days to reply. Awful experience.
