Ordered 2.5 months ago still don’t have the suitcases or my refund even though being told multiple times the suitcases should be sent this week then I’ve asked for a refund and 12 days on still no refund. Serious lack of communication and no one even contacted me until I sent an email week 6 it see where cases where after the missed shipping date
