I purchased a car from Riiroo 8 months ago, only to find that the rear lights stopped working completely after 6 months, and now the left headlight is dead. The warranty offered was just 6 months, which seems inadequate for a product of this nature.
I opened a case via their website 3 weeks ago, but I’ve yet to receive any response. The level of customer service I’ve experienced is shockingly poor – it’s as if they don’t care at all. This is very similar to my experience with Temu, despite Riiroo being based in the UK, where you'd expect better standards.
I understand products may have issues, but offering no support, charging a fortune for repairs, and failing to provide a reasonable warranty (especially under 1 year) is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from Riiroo unless you enjoy paying for products without any reliable after-sales service.
