We have been a rijo customer for over 7years. Previous owner had an on going agreement when we took over. After the first agreement came to an end we decided to make a new purchase bit we are so un happy with the machine we have lost soo many customers. Our customers are ordering the breakfast from us but coffee from next door coffeeshop. This is humiliating.Every time we call out for a service we are constantly paying for service plus parts and the coffee still does not taste good.
