Been fairly happy with the machine although a bit fed up with their constant tele sales calls.I made a service call to them and despite paying about five thousand quid for the machine and over paying for their products on a regular basis, they cancelled my service visit because in their words I am "not buying enough products from them". What disgusting people. My machine is going to the tip now and only two years old!
