I received a mirror as a gift but only started using it several months ago. All was great until I went away for 3 weeks and came back to find the rechargeable battery had swelled up. I wrote to them as many suggested on Reddit that they received great service. At first since the one year warranty had passed they offered 25% to buy a new one as a battery replacement isn’t an option. I declined. They wrote back asking if there was anything else they could do, I said considering the swollen battery is a common defect reported by many they should offer better. They came back with 65%. I accepted and asked how to apply. They sent me an invoice of $99 usd I asked why the full discount had not been applied they claimed it was off the original posted price on the website and not the current offered price. I told them it wasn’t communicated that way and that one would obviously assume it’s the posted price. After several attempts I am no further ahead. I picked up an Amazon mirror for $40 and called it a day. At this point they could only gain my trust back is by sending me a new mirror. Such a scam and pollution that they know very well they have this battery issue and don’t offer a solution to replace. Instead throw out the entire thing and get a new one. A joke.
