Misleading product and unsatisfactory support. I had a very disappointing experience with the company. I ordered glasses with a silver frame, but what I received was clearly a gold frame. The difference is obvious in person. When I contacted support, they insisted the item was the same and attributed the difference to “lighting and screen settings.” This explanation is simply not credible; silver and gold are entirely different finishes. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they chose to deny it, which feels deceptive. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Be cautious when ordering, as the product you receive may not match what is advertised.
