Misleading product and unsatisfactory support. I had a very disappointing experience with the company. I ordered glasses with a silver frame, but what I received was clearly a gold frame. The difference is obvious in person. When I contacted support, they insisted the item was the same and attributed the difference to “lighting and screen settings.” This explanation is simply not credible; silver and gold are entirely different finishes. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they chose to deny it, which feels deceptive. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Be cautious when ordering, as the product you receive may not match what is advertised.
I ordered several shirts that I thought looked nice. However, it has been three months, and I still haven’t received them. I get emails back from the representative, but all she does is send me a tracking number and blame the postal service. They clearly lost it, but she refuses to issue a refund or reship the items. I am updating this review to mention that the company reached out again and seems to be trying to resolve the situation. Credit where it’s due... We will see if anything gets done.

Complete scam. Don't even consider it. The jacket I received felt like it was made from a trash bag when it is advertised as rain and windproof. The item was returned, and then I was ignored by the support team without receiving a refund. I’m currently trying to recover my money through my bank; you can raise a dispute. Good luck.
